I first heeded the story of Dawn-Marie and her beloved right-hand gal, Jersey Girl just a couple of short weeks ago. “Real living is living for others.” This phrase does not fall short when it comes to Jersey and her “mom.” Jersey is facing the daily fight of terminal cancer. My heart goes out to the pair and their loved ones. As a result, on behalf of Kimberly Hatch Photography I extended my services by gifting Dawn a portrait of her beloved familiar. One pet portrait turned into a series, which turned into a visual story and tangible photographs to be eternally treasured.
